Shipping policy

Shipping time varies based on product ordered. We do our best to fulfill orders within a week.

We have a limited supply of products on location at our Ranch in Kanarraville, Utah. These are available for pickup to guests staying overnight at our Farm House cabins. If you have questions on a pick-up order, please contact us prior to ordering at info@thegrandranch.com. If you are picking up your product during your stay in one of our guest homes, orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days before arrival to ensure we have your items in stock. 

If you are ordering a shipment to your home, shipping time varies based on product. Apparel and clothing items will ship between 5-20 days after production. These items are printed on demand, and will not be produced until your order is confirmed. 

If you are ordering a digital item, like a gift card, please allow 72 hours for delivery.
